Friday 29/04/16 a network outage occurred due to a memory leak in the software of our routers. A software update has been performed on a new supervisor but unfortunately this morning the same issue took place.
At this moment we have inserted two new supervisors in both affected routers and our network staff is thoroughly monitoring the situation.
At this moment it seems no new errors are being displayed in the logging of our routers. Our network staff will provide an update through this channel once more information is available.
